Impact Gold Organization Payment Policies 

 

Impact Gold Organization is a self-funded organization. Funds are obtained through either dues, contributions and donations, or fundraising. 

All fees are due by the due dates for every month of the year, even if the team is not playing. The fees are calculated on a 12-month payment system. The payment system is a subscription based that uses an automatic withdrawl system, to take payments  on the day of each month you signed up for the initial payment plan. The annual fees consist of a Commitment fee (August) + 11 monthly fees (September- July). All teams must pay an annual Commitment fee for each new annual season. (starting 2019 -2020 season)

ALL PAID FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EVEN IF A TEAM LEAVES THE ORGANIZATION OR CHOOSES NOT TO ATTEND OUR NATIONAL EVENTS SUCH AS ANNUAL COACHES MEETING, ORGANIZATIONAL AWARD CEREMONY AND NATIONAL TOURNAMENT WORKOUTS.

 

Impact Gold Organization annual season/budgets run from September to July of the following year. Upon payment of the Commitment fee in August, the team is committing to pay for all fees through the July payment that ends the annual season. If a team chooses to resign from the organization before that commitment is finished, Impact Gold Organization can collect the fees that are remaining for the applicable season. The Fall season includes the monthly payments of September through December. The Spring/Summer season includes the monthly payments of January through July. 

The dues and fees that are received by the Impact Gold Organization are not tax deductible since services are received in return. 

 

Late policy: (All Warnings will be written and sent via email) 

• After 6th of the month, payments are considered LATE and will be charged a $25.00 late fee. 

• After 15th of the month, teams will be charged an additional LATE fee of $50.00.

• After 30 days, team will be suspended and subject to suspension policy listed below. 

 

Suspension policy: (All Warnings will be written and sent via email) 

1st warning:If a team becomes 30 days past due, they will be required to pay for the past due balance plus the current month to be eligible to play as Impact Gold. 

 

2nd warning: If a team becomes 30 days past due, they will be required to pay for the past due balance, plus the current month, plus the next upcoming month, to be eligible to play as Impact Gold. 

 

3rd warning: If a team becomes 30 days past due, they must pay for the past due balance plus the pre-payment of the rest of the applicable season to be eligible to play as Impact Gold.
