RETURN POLICY

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Full-priced merchandise (excluding logo or customized merchandise) can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Returns must be postmarked within seven days from the time you receive your order. Items should be returned in original and unused condition with all garment tags still attached. If tags are removed, the item will not be accepted for return. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and a refund refused. All returns must be approved by Impact Gold Organization Apparel Store.

Customized or merchandise with a logo, number or embroidery are non-refundable. All returns must include an RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization). To request an RMA number, email returns@impactgold.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return with RMA number, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email confirmation.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance for all returns and exchanges.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Repackage your return securely in a box comparable to the one you received your item in.

For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FED EX, for your return.

Email the tracking number to returns@impactgold.com and keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue the appropriate refund and send you an email.

Returns must be postmarked within seven days from the time you receive your order.

Merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured by the customer for its full purchase price to Impact Gold Organization Apparel Store. Refunds issued will not include original shipping charges.

Impact Gold Organization Apparel Store is not responsible for any uninsured return items that are not received.
